Shipping and Handling
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. We offer FREE STANDARD shipping and handling. If you need your item sooner, we also offer Express shipping and handling at the following rates.

At this time we are only able to ship each order to one destination. If you would like to ship to multiple destinations, please complete a separate order for each destination. Jazzmin can only ship to recipients within the United States.
Orders shipped to P.O. BOXES are sent via USPS standard shipping only. Express Shipping options are not available.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Jazzmin will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that has NOT been WORN, WASHED, or ALTERED and is SMOKE-FREE, with ALL tags attached, (with exception of Sale Merchandise) within fourteen (14) days from date of delivery for a full refund. All Sale Merchandise is final sale. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.Upon receiving return, Jazzmin reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
TO PROCESS A RETURN:
1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting us at email@example.com or call (310)527-2636 within (7) business days from the date of delivery.
a. In the subject of the message please write RETURN and your INVOICE NUMBER
b. In the body of your message please include your name and which item you would like to return, as well as the reason for the return.
2. We will email you an RA# within (2) business days
3. Fill out the Return Authorization Form
4. Securely pack the unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and smoke-free, or defective garment with its original tags attached, in its original plastic bag along with a copy of your receipt and completed “Return Authorization Form” in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Items must be postmarked within (7) days of the RA# issue. Please note that returns made outside of these time frames are accepted at the discretion of Jazzmin and may result in store credit.
5. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. Jazzmin cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship; we suggest insuring your shipment through a traceable carrier.
6. Returns will be processed within seven to ten (7-10) business days of receipt of merchandise. Once the item(s) is received and verified, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment unless a store credit is requested. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Incorrect or Damaged Item
Jazzmin makes every effort to ensure each piece of merchandise you receive is perfect and exactly what you want. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please follow the below process within (3) days of receiving the merchandise to arrange a return/refund.
TO PROCESS A RETURN OF INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM:
a. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within (3) days of receiving the merchandise
b. In the subject line of your message type: INCORRECT OR DAMAGE items plus your INVOICE NUMBER
c. In the body of the message please include your name and the incorrect or damaged item number and description
d. We will email you within (3) business days with further instructions
Once we have received the original item, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund. Please note: we will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders or damaged items.
